Academic Scholars Program (Institutional)

First time, full-time freshman students who are Oklahoma residents who have a high school grade point average (GPA) of 3.8 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) and rank in the top 4% of their graduating class, or rank first of second in their graduating class, or have an ACT composite score of 30 or higher from a national ACT test (or equivalent SAT), or who have a high school grade point average of 3.8 and a 28 ACT or SAT equivalent are eligible for the Oklahoma Academic Scholars Scholarship. Nominations are made based initially on the student’s six or seven semester high school transcript grade point average and the student’s composite ACT score. The final award decision will be based on the final high school transcript.
