Graduate Out-of-State Tuition Waiver Scholarship
Graduate students whose permanent residence is outside the state of Oklahoma must have a 3.0 or higher undergraduate retention GPA from a regionally accredited university to qualify to receive the Nonresident Tuition Waiver Scholarship.
Graduate students who are offered and accept the non-resident tuition waiver must maintain the following academic performance standard to remain eligible to receive the non-resident tuition waiver:
• The student must enroll in 9 hours each semester (if attending the summer semester, student must enroll in 6 hours) and must maintain a retention graduate grade point average (GPA) of 3.0.
• If the student’s retention GPA falls below 3.0, the tuition waiver will be revoked and will not be reinstated.
