Salutatorian Scholarship

Tuition Waiver, $1500 per year for up to 4 yrs or completion of a bachelor’s degree.

• Oklahoma Resident
• HS graduate from current year or one year prior with no college credit earned
• Class Salutatorian as certified by School Official

The Cameron University Salutatorian Scholarship is a $1,500 per academic year tuition waiver based on the student’s certification as a class Salutatorian by his/her high school principal. This tuition waiver is renewable for four years, not to exceed a total of eight semesters or completion of a baccalaureate degree, and can be used only in the fall and spring semesters. Tuition waiver funds from this scholarship are not available in the summer semester. The student is responsible for all fees. Awarding and continuation of this award is contingent upon the recipient achieving and maintaining the following requirements:

1. The student must enroll full-time and complete 30 hours each academic year (fall, spring, and summer)
2. Maintain a retention grade point average of 3.0.
3. Maintain continuous full-time enrollment (fall and spring).
5. Enroll in subsequent fall semesters no later than May 15.

If any of the requirements listed above are not met, the tuition waiver will be revoked and will not be reinstated.
