Transfer Student Out-of-State Tuition Waiver Scholarship

Waiver of out-of-state tuition * Renewable up to four (4) years * Recipients must pay in-state tuition and fees *

Full-time transfer students whose permanent residence is outside of Oklahoma must have earned at least 30 college-level with credit hours from accredited college (with at least 24 credit hours at the college level) or university and have at least a 3.0 retention GPA (on a 4.0 scale) are eligible for the Transfer Student Out-of-State Tuition Waiver Scholarship. Note: This does not exclude credit hours earned concurrently.

• The student must enroll full-time and complete 30 credit hours each academic year.
• The student must maintain a retention grade point average (GPA) of 2.5.
• If any of the requirements listed above are not met, the tuition waiver will be revoked and will not be reinstated.
