Sustaining Excellence Scholarship for Lawton Public Schools (Schneider Electric)
Supported by Schneider Electric Company this scholarship will assist academically eligible students in Lawton Public Schools at each of MacArthur High School and Eisenhower High School located in Lawton, OK pursuing a degree in the STEM field at Cameron University.
Recipient Criteria:
1. Recipient must be a full-time student
2. Recipient must have a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher
3. Recipient must be a high school graduate from the current year
4. Must provide a written statement (max 300 words) describing goals to use the STEM program of study. Recipient must demonstrate intent to study in a STEM field, represented by one of these three departments at Cameron: Agricultural, Biology and Health Sciences; Chemistry, Physics, and Engineering; Mathematical Sciences
5. Recipients may only receive this scholarship up to 2 years. The second year is contingent on matching funding from the Cameron University Foundation.
6. In order to receive the award their second year, recipients must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
