The scholarship fund is for the use and benefit of students of military sciences and the educational programs carried on at Cameron University. Candidates for the Col. Jack Wolfson Memorial Scholarship shall have displayed characteristics of helping themselves; shall have shown need for additional financial assistance; shall have displayed exemplary academic performance; and shall be a citizen of the United States of America.
