Biology Gold Star

• Only biology club members, including officers, will be considered for a scholarship.
• Nominees must be declared Biology BS degree according to Aggie Access.
• Nominees must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Nominees must be full-time students.
• Members and faculty can nominate candidates for scholarships.
• The interest generated from the endowment fund will be separated into two equal scholarships, with one to be awarded to an organismal biology major, and one cell/molecular biology major.
• The exact criteria for the scholarships will be left to each year’s officer board, but the scholarships shall be merit-based, with financial need to be considered.
• The Biology Club faculty adviser and a member of the business office will have the final selection of the winners for the scholarships.
